The petitioner has applied for transfer physically and not through the Utsashree portal.

According to the petitioner, the Utsashree portal was not available at the time the writ petition was filed. In that view of the matter, the petitioner may apply through the Utsashree portal for transfer and the same shall be dealt with by the respondents in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition is disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
