It appears that the instant application is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India against the impugned order dated 10th March, 2011 passed by the learned 4th Additional District Judge, Alipore in Misc. Appeal No. 396 of 2008.

It further appears that the instant revisional application is pending since the year 2011.

It appears that the petitioner has lost interest to proceed with the present revisional application and as such there is no justification to keep this revisional application alive in the list.

So, there is no option left but to dismiss the present application.

Accordingly, C.O. No. 870 of 2011 is hereby dismissed for default.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

There will be no order as to costs.
