1. This is an application for quashing of a proceeding under the Protection of Women of Domestic Violence Act.

2. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that no prima facie case is made out. False allegations have been made in this case and other proceedings instituted by the wife. Allegations are also prima facie absurd.

3. Perused the petitioners' complaint filed by the opposite party. There are details of incidents of violence mentioned there. Serious allegations have been levelled in the petition and reference is made to other proceedings.

4. Thus, I find that a prima facie case is clearly made out.

5. Therefore, the application for quashing is dismissed.

6. However, there shall be no order as to costs.

7. It shall, nevertheless, be open to the petitioners to agitate all the points including the ones taken up herein before the appropriate forum.

8. Urgent Photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance with requisite formalities.
