We have considered the materials on record. Body of the deceased was found from the residence of the petitioner. Deceased had died due to manual strangulation. No explanation is forthcoming how the body of the deceased came to be in the control and custody of the petitioner. In view of the aforesaid facts and the gravity of the offence, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

The application for bail is, thus, rejected.
