1. Affidavit of service is filed by the contempt applicant.

2. Mr. De, learned advocate appearing for the alleged contemnor has submitted a report in Court today of the District Inspector of Schools (SE), North 24-Parganas dated 10.11.2025. He has submitted on the basis of the same that Court's order dated 19.6.2024 in WPA 3994 of 2014 has now been complied with duly and substantially by the alleged contemnor, by delivering a reasoned order, after affording reasonable opportunity of hearing to the contempt applicant.

3. On perusal of the report filed today in Court by the District Inspector of Schools, the Court finds due compliance of the Court's order regarding consideration of the prayer of the applicant. Hence, there is no further question for adjudication in the instant contempt proceeding.

4. The contempt application, being CPAN 561 of 2025, is disposed of.
