It appears on perusal of the writ petition that against the grievance raised in this writ petition, petitioner has made a representation also before the respondent No. 6 and details of such grievance will appear from the said representation being annexure P/4 to the writ petition.

Considering the facts and submission of the parties, this writ petition being WPA 6262 of 2023 is disposed of by directing the respondent authority concerned/respondent No. 6 to consider and dispose of the aforesaid representation in accordance with law by passing a reasoned and speaking order after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and

all other interested parties or their authorized representatives, within a period of eight weeks from the date of communication of this order.
