Post Mortem Report of the victim suggest that the victim died due to burn injuries.

There is a statement recorded under Section 164 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the victim prior to her death, implicating all the petitioners before us in meting out both physical and mental torture to the victim.

Considering the gravity of the offence and the involvement of the petitioners therein, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
