This is a petition filed in the nature of a Public Interest Litigation (PIL) in the year 2023. The petitioner has not chosen to argue the matter on March 27, 2023, August 5, 2025 and August 19, 2025.

The relief claimed in the petition shows that the petitioner wants proper investigation regarding misappropriation of public money etc. for a period between 2019-2023.

The appropriate remedy for the petitioner is under the Criminal Law. The PIL cannot be entertained for this purpose.

With the liberty to avail the remedy under the Criminal Law, the PIL stands disposed of. 6.
