Mr. Bagchi, learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that as the further investigation has been conducted and completed by the AHTU, Barasat PD, his prayer in the present revisional application has become infructuous. Accordingly, CRR 1071 of 2022 is dismissed as not pressed.
