In terms of the directions issued in the order dated 8th August, 2022, an affidavit has been filed by the appellant stating that he would like to pursue the appeal and he is not interested in accepting the offer of the respondents that they will offer an appointment to his son as stated in paragraph 7 of the said affidavit.

Since none appears for the respondents, we are unable to proceed further in the matter. However, the said affidavit is taken on record and the appeal will be heard on merits.
