In spite of repeated opportunities being given to the appellants to put in the requisites for effecting service of notice of appeal upon the non-appearing respondents no. 2 to 6, till date the same has not been put in.

In view of such non-compliance, the appeal and the connected application being CAN 7275 of 2018 stand dismissed. Interim order, if any, shall stand vacated.

There will be no order as to costs.
