Heard learned counsels for the parties.

The grievance of the petitioner is that the State respondents have been making construction on the property of the petitioner without acquiring the same by due process of law.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that that after filing the writ petition, encroachments have been removed by the authorities who have filled up the portions of the land which they had dug for the purpose of construction. Learned counsel submits that the authorities be directed to take prior consent of the petitioner, if at all they require the land for development purpose.

In view of the above, nothing further remains to be adjudicated in the writ petition and the same is accordingly disposed of.
