This revisional application has been filed by the petitioner for early disposal of opposition filed on 7th June, 2018 which is still pending before the opposite party no.1/ Registrar of Trade Marks, Trade Mark Registry, Kolkata.

Considering the nature of the prayer, I do not find any reason to ask the learned advocate on behalf of the petitioner to serve notice upon the opposite parties. Service upon the opposite party is, thus, dispensed with.

Registrar of Trade Marks, Trade Mark Registry, Kolkata is directed to dispose of the opposition being no. 2183291 dated 01.08.2011 within one month from the date of receipt of this order.

Petitioner is directed to make communication of this order to the Registrar of Trade Marks, Trade Mark Registry, Kolkata.

With this observation and direction, the revisional

application stands disposed of.
