This revisional application seeks expeditious disposal of Title Suit No. 995 of 2023 pending before the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), 1st Court at Barasat, North 24 Parganas.

In view of the nature of the order proposed to be passed by this Court, direction for prior service of notice along with a copy of the revisional application on the opposite parties is not being made, however, the petitioner shall remain obliged to serve a copy of this application along with a copy of this order on the opposite parties within a week from date.

Having heard the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner and having considered the materials on record, this revisional application is disposed of by requesting the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), 1st Court at Barasat, North 24 Parganas to dispose of the Title Suit No. 995 of 2023 as expeditiously as the business of the learned trial Court permits without

granting unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties.
