Learned advocate appearing for the petitioners is aggrieved by the fact that although the case was initiated in the year 2015, but till date the charge could not be considered by the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate - II, Baruipur, South 24 Parganas in connection with G. R. Case No. 8243 of 2015.

Having regard to the contentions so advanced, the learned advocate for the petitioners is directed to effect service upon Mr. Arijit Ganguly, learned advocate who ordinarily appears for the.

In view of the contentions so advanced by the learned advocate for the petitioners, the learned Magistrate

is directed to take steps so that the stage of consideration of charge is over by the next date so fixed by the court within a month thereafter. No unnecessary adjournment should be granted to either of the parties and steps should be taken so that the case proceeds in a smooth manner and is taken to its logical conclusion within a reasonable period of time. With the above observations, CRR 941 of 2020 is disposed of.
