Heard the learned Advocates for the parties.

We have considered the materials on record. Petitioner was employed at the Collection Service Point where defalcation took place. Her hand-writing matched with the fabricated documents manufactured for misappropriation. She does not stand on the same footing with co-accused who has been enlarged on bail.

Under such circumstances, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
