Ms. Rama Halder ... for the petitioner Ms. Halder, Learned Advocate, appearing on behalf of the petitioner, submits that the instant writ petition being WPA 5142 of 2019 should be filed before the State Administrative Tribunal for agitation of the grievances of the writ petitioner.

She hands over in Court today the Written Instruction for withdrawal of the writ petition. The Written Instruction, as filed in Court today, be retained with the records.

In the circumstances, WPA 5142 of 2019 is dismissed as not pressed.

In the event, there is any delay in agitation of the grievances of the writ petitioner due to filing of the writ petition, the prayer for condoning the same may be considered by the State Administrative Tribunal. All parties to act on a server copy of this order duly obtained from the official website of the Hon'ble High Court, Calcutta.
