1. Learned advocate appearing for the petitioners draws the attention of the Court to the contents of the petition under Section 156(3) of the Criminal Procedure Code.

2. Learned advocate appearing for the State draws the attention of the Court to the materials in the case diary.

3. The complainant is an elderly gentleman. From him, the petitioners used to extract money from time to time. Portion of the money so extracted can be traced from the bank accounts of the petitioners.

4. Materials in the case diary make out a case requiring investigation.

5. Enlarging the petitioners on anticipatory bail will be inimical to the investigations.

6. In such circumstances, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

7. Prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is rejected.

8. CRM (A) 964 of 2025 is dismissed.
