1. Cancellation of bail granted by Order no. 3 dated October 4, 2023 passed in Criminal Misc. Case No. 3201 of 2023 is prayed for in this application.

2. Post bail misconduct is canvassed as a ground for cancellation. Post bail threats are allegedly held out by the private opposite party against the petitioner.

3. There is no police complaint in this report made by the petitioner. There is a bare averment to such effect in paragraph 10 of the present application without any particulars.

4. Post bail misconduct not being established, we are not minded to interfere.

5. C.R.M (DB) 770 of 2024, is dismissed.
