... for the State The writ petitioner is present before the Court through his learned counsel with a very innocuous prayer that since a break up of marks of the last qualified candidate called for interview, has not been provided by the Commission before this Court, let there be a hearing of all parties before the School Service Commission/respondent no. 2 with the grievance of the writ petitioner.

From the record it is revealed the marks to the candidates have been allotted on two scores that is on academic score and on the subject score. So far as the writ petitioner is concerned, the mark sheet contains the break up of marks with respect to the scores, as mentioned above. It appears that the writ petitioner's grievance is justified, in view of non-disclosure of such a break up for the last qualified candidate, who was called for an interview.

Considering the facts and circumstances, it is directed that the writ petitioner shall make a comprehensive representation before the respondent no. 2, upon which the respondent no. 2 shall afford hearing to the writ petitioner as

well as to any other person, as it may deem fit and proper and dispose of the said representation of the writ petitioner, with a reasoned order.

The entire exercise as above, should be completed by the respondent no. 2, within a period of eight weeks from the date of submission of the representation by the writ petitioner, before it.

WPA 3542 of 2016 is disposed of with the directions as above.
