Let her appointment be regularized by the learned Public Prosecutor, High Court, Caclutta.

As none appears for the petitioners since the date of listing of this case in spite of repeated calls, the matter stands dismissed for default. All connected applications stand disposed of.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
