Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner do not intend to proceed with the revisional application. On perusal of the revisional application, it is found that the power was not given by the present petitioner, but the revisional application was filed through power of attorney.

Having regard to the earlier applications made by the petitioner this Court is of the opinion that such a revisonal application cannot be entertained.

However, for the ends of justice, as prayed for by the learned advocate for the petitioner, the revisional application is dismissed as not pressed.

No further application on the self-same issue should be entertained without the Indian Embassy in Bangladesh endorsing the 'Vokalatnama' of the present petitioner.
