1. At the time of call learned advocate representing the petitioner prays for leave to withdraw the writ petition since same has not been filed following the relevant rules as the matter relates to POCSO.

2. Learned advocate representing the State respondents has submitted a communication dated 25th March, 2026 of Dhantala Police Station, Ranaghat Police District and same is taken on record. It is also submitted that FIR is registered.

3. Private respondents are also represented by learned advocate.

4. Since present writ petition is not filed following the relevant rules and identity of the petitioner is disclosed in the writ petition same is dismissed as not pressed.

5. However, this order shall not preclude the petitioner to take steps in accordance with law, if occasion so arises.

6. Parties to act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
