For the State Considering the fact that the victim in her statement recorded under Section 164 of the Criminal Procedure Code acknowledges the relationship between her and the victim and considering the fact that both the victim and the petitioner are adults and considering the gravity of the offence and the involvement of the petitioner therein and considering the fact that police filed charge sheet, we are inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
