Record reveals that an application being CAN 3 of 2022 in connection with WPA 6242 of 2017 is pending, in which the applicant has prayed for recalling of the order of the Hon'ble Coordinate Bench dated 25th February, 2022 and a further direction to place the writ petition No.WPA 6242 of 2017 in its original file and number.

It appears that vide order dated February 25, 2022, the Hon'ble Coordinate Bench has dismissed the writ petition being No.6242 of 2017, for default. Since no one appearing on behalf of the applicant, CAN 3 of 2022 is, accordingly dismissed for default.
