1. By this writ petition the petitioners seek for a direction upon the respondent nos.2 to 6 to immediately take steps to demolish the alleged illegal and unauthorized construction made on the Gazole Hat property.

2. As rightly pointed out by the learned Government counsel, there is a civil litigation between the parties and this has been admitted by the petitioners in the representation itself.

3. Thus, we find the present writ petition not to be a genuine public interest litigation and the same is accordingly dismissed.
