Case No. 176 of dated 20.06.2020 under Sections 341/323/325/379/506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and added Section 304 of the Indian Penal Code.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that there are certain additional documents are required to be filed in support of the application under Section 439 CrPC.

It is therefore submitted that the petitioner does not wish to proceed with the instant application and seeks liberty to file afresh in selfsame cause of action.

In view of above, C.R.M. 2516 of 2021 stands dismissed as not pressed with liberty to the petitioner to file afresh in the selfsame cause of action.
