Mr. Arindam Banerjee .............. for the Private Respondent As directed by this Court by order dated 08.04.2025, the Chairman of North Barrackpore Municipality had issued a notice fixing a date for hearing on 23rd June, 2025 at 11:30 a.m.

On receiving the said notice, the petitioner herein had written to his Learned Counsel and also the Chairman of North Barrackpore Municipality and the Hon'ble Chief Justice of the Calcutta High Court, stating therein that he is not willing to continue with the present writ application.

The said instructions have been put in writing by the petitioner. The instructions be kept with the record.

Considering the same the writ application is disposed of as withdrawn.
