Mr. Chatterjee, learned advocate appearing for the petitioner prays for liberty to canvass the points so advanced at the stage of the consideration of charges.

Mr. Anwar Hossain, learned advocate appearing for the State submits that the petitioner is in custody as he has received written instruction from the Investigating Officer of the Odisha Police and he further submits that the investigation of the case is still under progress.

Memo of evidence submitted by the learned advocate for the State be kept with the record. It reflects that the Investigating Agency till date could not lay their hands on the petitioner. In view of the aforesaid, no interference is called for at this stage.

Petitioner would be at liberty to canvass the points in the revisional application at the appropriate stage of the proceedings. Accordingly, CRR 724 of 2021 is disposed of.

Pending application, if any, is consequently disposed of. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
