Mr. Basu has alleged that there is a violation of the order dated 7th January, 2022 where three applications came up for consideration. CAN 10903 of 2019 was for condonation of delay, CAN 10904 of 2019 was for stay of operation of the impugned judgment and decree and CAN 3 of 2021 was for maintenance for the minor son.

We have recorded that the wife has filed an application for maintenance of the child, who requires an advance medical treatment.

Accordingly, we directed filing of affidavit-inopposition in CAN 3 of 2021. Apart from the fact that the acts of contempt have not been stated in the cause title or in the petition, we are unable to find out the acts of contempt and the purpose for filing this contempt application.

Mr. Basu has referred to a few e-mails between the parties and various proceedings

initiated by the respondent/wife in the contempt application wherefrom we do not find any act of contempt.

Contempt application being CPAN 294 of 2022 is thus dismissed as misconceived.

There will be no order as to costs.
