Ghosh, Mr. Subham Ghosh for the petitioner Mr. Debapriya Gupta for the respondents The petitioner filed the instant writ application challenging the order of dismissal passed by the Commandant. During the pendency of the writ petition, the appeal filed by the petitioner before the appellate authority has been affirmed by order dated 23rd March 2020.

In view of the order passed by the appellate authority, the writ petition herein become infructuous. Accordingly, the same stands dismissed.

Leave is granted to the petitioner to file fresh writ petition on the fresh cause of action.
