Heard learned Advocates appearing for the parties. Petitioner has filed this writ petition challenging the impugned intimation dated 3rd February, 2023, being Annexure P-9 to the writ petition issued by the WBGST Authority concerned. It appears from record that for redressal of its grievance petitioner has made a representation through e-mail on 23rd August, 2022 and it is the case of the petitioner that the respondent authority concerned is sitting over the same and has not disposed of the same till date.

Considering the submission of the parties this writ petition being WPA 6278 of 2023, is disposed of by granting liberty to the petitioner to make a fresh representation before the respondent authority concerned relating to the grievance raised in this writ petition, within a period of two weeks from date and if such representation is made by the petitioner, the

respondent authority concerned shall consider and dispose of the same in accordance with law by passing a reasoned and speaking order after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner or its authorised representative, within six weeks from the date of receipt of such representation.
