The Commissioner of Police, Bidhannagar has filed a report and the same is taken on record. The Court is satisfied with the steps taken by the Commissioner of Police, Bidhannagar. The concerned officer of the Technocity Police Station has been called in the orderly room for delay of six days in registering of FIR.

The private respondent has also complained against the petitioner, which has been registered as FIR. Let investigation into the aforesaid FIRs be completed as expeditiously as possible and strictly in accordance with law.

Mr. Kishore Datta, learned senior advocate appearing for the private respondent, submits that his client has been taken into custody after being called to the police station for enquiries.

Mr. Datta's client may avail remedies available in law.

It is made absolutely clear that this Court has not in any way pronounced upon the allegations against Mr. Datta's client or against the petitioner made by the private respondent.

The Court, which may consider the remedies that the private respondent and the petitioner may avail, shall consider the same uninfluenced by any observations made in this proceeding.

The writ petition is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.
