Ray ... for the State-respondent(s) The petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that although she has received funds under the Government Scheme 'Banglar Bari (Gramin)', the private respondents are restraining her labours and masons from working as also threatened her of dire consequences with deadly weapons.

Consequent to which, she informed the Saktigarh Police Station, but, till date, no action has been taken.

Learned advocate for the State is present.

I have considered the contentions

advanced by learned advocate for the petitioner as well as that of the State.

But, since the issue relates to a construction, the police authorities have no jurisdiction to interfere with the same until and unless they are directed by the appropriate authorities dealing with the land i.e., B.L.&L.R.O. and/or the learned Civil Court concerned, I am of the view that if the petitioner approaches the concerned authority and/or the learned Civil Court and there is a direction upon the police authorities, the police authorities would respect, obey and implement the order of the concerned authority and/or the learned civil court.

In the meantime, the police authorities would ensure that no breach of the peace and/or tranquility taking place as also no untoward incident resulting because of the inimical relationship existing between the parties.

With the aforesaid observations,

WPA 6150 of 2025 is disposed of.

Pending application(s), if any, is also disposed of.
