1. The order dated 5th April, 2023 is listed for correction.

2. In the second and third lines of the second paragraph of the first page of the order dated 5th April, 2023, the expression "shall no longer be" shall stand deleted and be replaced by the proposition "is".

3. Let this correction be incorporated in the order dated 5th April, 2023.

4. The other parts of the order dated 5th April, 2023 shall remain unaltered.

5. Department is directed to take steps accordingly.

6. All parties are directed to act on a server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
