1. The applicants in CAN No. 2 of 2025 seek recalling of the order dated April 09, 2025 passed in the writ petition.
2. Vide order dated June 19, 2025, the order passed by the Court on April 09, 2025 was directed not to be acted upon by any of the parties for the time being. The said order dated June 19, 2025 was assailed before the Hon'ble Division Bench and vide judgment dated January 15, 2026 the Hon'ble Division Bench in MAT No. 989 of 2025, I.A. No. CAN 1 of 2025, MAT No. 990 of 2025, I.A. No. CAN 1 of 2025 and MAT No. 991 of 2025, I.A. No. CAN 1 of 2025 was pleased to allow the appeals setting aside the impugned order dated June 19, 2025.
3. The judgment passed by the Hon'ble Division Bench has been reported to be carried in appeal before the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Diary No. 10762 of 2026, Diary No. 10745 of 2026 and Diary No. 10771 of 2026.
4. Prayer has been made by the applicants to adjourn hearing of the applications by this Bench.
5. Learned advocate representing the writ petitioners prays for hearing of the writ petition and compliance of the direction passed by the Court on April 09, 2025.
6. An application for clarification of the direction passed by the Court on April 09, 2025 has been filed by Axis Bank.
7. Upon setting aside of the order passed by this Bench on June 19, 2025, the order dated April 09, 2025 revives. The bank is agreeable to act in terms of the said order. It will be open for the bank to take steps in terms of the direction passed in the order dated April 09, 2025.
8. Hearing of the writ petition and the connected applications, in terms of the order passed by the Hon'ble Division Bench, stands adjourned till March 19, 2026.
