In the instant writ petition, the petitioners challenge the order passed by the Identification Committee identifying the petitioners as willful defaulters.

During pendency of the writ petition, an order has been passed by the Review Committee affirming the order of the Identification Committee. The order of the Review Committee is under challenge in a separate writ petition (WPO No.205 of 2024) which is pending consideration.

As the subsequent order passed by the bank is impugned in a different writ petition, accordingly, the present writ petition appears to have become infructuous.

Hence, the writ petition is dismissed.
