Petitioners seek anticipatory bail in connection with English Bazar P.S. Case No.1077 of 2020 dated 12.11.2020 under Sections 341/325/307/354/379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned Advocate appearing for the petitioners submits that there was an altercation with regard to a boundary wall. There is a counter case against the de-facto complainant also. State is represented.

Considering the materials in the Case Diary and the nature of injury, we are inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

Accordingly, we direct that in the event of arrest the petitioners shall be released on anticipatory bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs.10,000/- each, with two sureties of like amount each, to the satisfaction of the arresting officer and subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 and on further condition that the petitioners shall appear before the Court below and pray for regular bail within four weeks from date.

This application for anticipatory bail is, thus, allowed. The application for anticipatory bail, being CRM 2523 of 2021, is thus disposed of.
