It is contended on behalf of the State that narcotic below commercial quantity was seized from the house of the petitioner on the leading statement made by the petitioner. In paragraph 6 of the petition, the petitioner claims that no recovery was made from the possession of the petitioner.

The statement made in paragraph 6 of the petitioner itself is false and false to the knowledge of the petitioner. In such circumstances, we are unable to grant bail to the petitioner.
