The petitioners seek modification of the order granting bail. Heard learned counsels for the parties.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are not able to arrange local sureties for which they are still languishing in custody.

It appears that the petitioners were granted bail on May 13, 2025. They are still in custody since they have not been able to furnish local sureties.

In view of the above, the bail condition be modified to the extent that the petitioners shall be released on bail upon furnishing bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) each, with two registered sureties of like amount each.

Other conditions shall remain unaltered.

CRAN 1 of 2025 is disposed of.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent certified website copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
