Case No. 264 dt. 28.8.2022 directed the petitioners to take out an application under section 239 of the cr.p.c. before the ld. Jurisdictional court, who would dispose of the same in accordance with law without being influenced by any of the observations made by this court in CRR 1115 of 2023.

There has been no change of circumstances and the petitioners again approached this court.

Having regard to the same, I am not inclined to interfere with the present revisional application. With the aforesaid observations, CRR 997 of 2024 is dismissed.

Pending application, if any, is also disposed of. Parties to act on a server copy of this order duly collected from the official website of the Hon'ble High Court, Calcutta.
