The State has filed the report that we had called for by our order dated September 17, 2021.

On a perusal of the said report it appears that the process of proclamation has been completed and the petitioners have been registered as absconders. Date has been fixed in the trial for recording of evidence of the victim girl. In view of the aforesaid, we are not inclined to allow the petitioners' prayer for anticipatory bail.

Accordingly, CRM 2526 of 2021 is dismissed.
