Learned advocate representing the petitioner submits that challenging the steps taken by the concerned authority of West Bengal Central School Service Commission in connection with 3rd Regional Level Selection Test for Recruitment of Non-Teaching Staff, 2016 present writ petition is filed.

It is submitted that aforesaid selection process has been set aside by the Hon'ble Supreme Court vide judgment dated 3rd April, 2025 delivered in Appeal arising out of Special Leave Petition (Civil) No. 9586 of 2024 (State of West Bengal Vs.

Baishakhi Bhattacharyya (Chatterjee) & Others).

Since the entire selection process has already been set aside, no order need be passed in this writ petition and writ petition is dismissed.
