This Court has considered the report of the Khejuri Police Station dated 4th January, 2023 i.e. filed on the earlier date.

It appears from the said report that Title Suit No. 81 of 2022 dated 18th March, 2022 has been filed against the four persons out of five.

The petitioner is aggrieved as to why fifth person named in the FIR has been left out.

The petitioner may seek appropriate remedy under Section 173(8) of the Code of Criminal Procedure in this regard.

With the aforesaid observations, the instant writ petition shall sand disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.
