The State of West Bengal & Ors.

Ms. Rita Datta ... for the State The present appeal is of the year 2015 and arises out of a Judgement and Order of acquittal dated 29.11.2014 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, 2nd Court, Barrackpore, North 24 Parganas acquitting the respondents under Section 248(1) of the Cr.P.C from the charges under Sections 498A/406/34 of the IPC. It appears from the office report that the appeal is defective. None appears for the the appellant in spite of repeated calls since the date of listing.
