Siddiqui Mr. Nilotpal Chatterjee ... for the respondents Learned counsel for the petitioners says that the grievance of the petitioners as ventilated in the writ petition, presently stands redressed since the respondents are cooperating with the petitioners. Hence, the petitioners for the time being do not want to proceed with this writ petition.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that in future if further cause of action arises, the petitioner should be permitted to approach this Court. I do not see how such liberty is necessary. If the petitioners are entitled to approach this Court in law in future, the petitions can always do so. Let the written instructions be kept with the record.

I have not gone into the merits of the petitioners' case.

W.P.A. 4990 of 2020 is dismissed as withdrawn. (Arijit Banerjee, J.)
