The present petitioner has filed this application under section 482 of the Criminal Procedure Code , 1973 seeking quashing of the criminal proceeding being Siliguri PS Case no. 42 of 2018 dated 22.01.2018 under sections 420/506/34 of the IPC corresponding to G.R. Case no. 190 of 2018 pending before the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siliguri, District - Darjeeling.

In spite of giving opportunity, no one appears on behalf of the petitioner.

Under the above circumstances, It indicates that the petitioner has lost interest in the instant case. Accordingly, CRR 805 of 2018 is dismissed for default.

Connected application, if any, stands disposed of. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

Let a copy of this order be communicated to the learned court below immediately for information. Liberty is granted to all parties to act in terms of the copy of this order downloaded from the official website of this court.
