In the last order dated 22nd July, 2021 Mr.

Choudhuri, learned advocate representing the University was directed to take instructions with regard to the students from the previous academic year. Mr. Choudhuri submits, upon instructions, that there is no student in the present academic year, and all the students of the previous academic year have already appeared in the final examination and their final results are awaiting.

The Court on the last occasion observed that there are several disputed question of facts involved in the instant writ petition. Members of the Governing Body of the College are fighting amongst themselves. The Writ Court is not the appropriate forum to decide the issue.

In view of the above, the instant writ petitions stand dismissed.

The parties will be at liberty to approach the appropriate forum, in accordance with law, for redressal of their grievances, if so advised. The applications for addition of party being IA No. CAN 1 of 2021 and CAN 2 of 2021 in connection with WPA 29 of 2021 stands allowed.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon completion of usual legal formalities.
