It has been pointed out that in the 2nd page of the 20.05.2025 Court No. 35 Item No.1 Rakib order dated 02.05.2025 the reference has been made to "Officer-in-Charge, Ghatal Police Station" the same should be read as "Officer-in-Charge, Daspur Police Station". This may be treated as part and parcel of the order dated 02.05.2025.

Department is directed to incorporate the necessary corrections.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
