Vs.

The State of West Bengal and anr.

Ms. Faria Hossain, ld. APP Ms. Suparna Chatterjee.......for the State Nobody appears on behalf of the petitioners on call. Even on earlier occasion no one represented the petitioners, no accommodation sought for.

State was directed to intimate the petitioners as well as the opposite party no. 2 through the concerned police station with regard to the pendency of this case and next date of hearing.

Report submitted on behalf of the State is taken on record.

It appears from the report that the petitioners left the premises since long without notice to the security guards of the premises situated at 31, N.S. Road, Calcutta-1. The instant revisional application has been filed by the petitioners under section 482 of the Criminal Procedure Code seeking quashing of the entire proceedings including all orders in connection with G.R. Case no. 1177/11 pending before learned Additional Judicial Magistrate at Alipurduar. This case pertains to the year 2018.

In spite of giving several opportunities, no one appears on behalf of the petitioners. It seems the petitioners have no more interest to proceed with the instant case. Accordingly, CRR 809 of 2018 is dismissed for default.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
